Our experienced team provides management, technical delivery and sustainment expertise to the country’s largest SAP implementation programs including Delivery Modernisation, Defence ERP and GovERP. We hold considerable experience delivering and managing both individual resources and teams of more than 20 to support our client’s outcomes. In 2019, Calleo was selected by several divisions of the Department of Defence to provide approximately 15 SAP resources to support their ERP implementation. The requirements spanned Management, Financial, Functional and Technical delivery resources. Today, Calleo provide over 30 SAP resources to the Department across the country, with resources located in Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney. All Calleo resources hold AGSVA clearances of (typically) NV1 or higher.
Calleo was engaged to deliver multifunctional, nationally dispersed teams of more than 30 resources to assist the Department with the management, build and deployment of SAP ERP systems.
In close consultation with stakeholders from several divisions of Defence Calleo co-designed a common skills matrix and assessment process to successfully onboard more than 30 resources across the country. This includes resources for full-time as well as part-time engagements across the below skill sets, with engagements ranging from 3 to 36 months.
