Projects we've delivered

2023 - Current

Calleo has been engaged to support the Trove Project which involves upgrading and improving the NLA’s IT systems involved in digitization activities. Our resources span across Test Lead, Test Analyst, UX/UI Designer, Technical Business Analyst, Technical Writer.

2024 - Current

Calleo has been requested to provide support to a migration of ICT end user services to the Department over a period of six months with an option to extend for a further 12 months. We provide 20 resources who deliver Level 1 and 2 technical support to the Department and end users across all locations.

2018 – 2020

The Welfare Payment Infrastructure Transformation Program required five Program Schedulers based across Canberra, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Within five business days, Calleo formed its team including several alternate resources. Calleo received several extensions and when the project moved into the BAU phase, at the request of the client, Calleo transitioned several of its contracted personnel into ongoing APS positions.

2020 – Current

Calleo has provided more than 30 skilled, AGSVA cleared personnel to support DFAT across various initiatives. For example, the Cyber Security and Networks Branch within the Information Management and Technology Division of DFAT required an experienced Cyber Security Professional to work within a blended team environment to support sustainment and implementation activities.
