Key duties and responsibilities
- Understanding and analysing the pain points and business requirements of stakeholders
- Collaborating with the tech team in making technical decisions to ensure successful implementation
- Overseeing the development team and controlling key development processes
- Evaluating and assessing project constrains and providing alternatives
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements
Technical skills
- Certifications in TOGAF 9, COBIT 5 Foundation, SAFe, Scrum and/or ITIL v3 Foundation are desirable.
- Experience working across IT environments in an application design or development.
Essential criteria
- Experience working across IT environments in an application design or development
- Certifications in TOGAF 9, SAFe, Scrum and/or ITIL v3 Foundation
- Knowledge and experience in Scale Agile (SAFe) or agile delivery
- Expertise in Microsoft Azre and D365
Desirable criteria
- Demonstrated experience in application of Dynamics 365 model-driven apps and system design and development
- Demonstrated experience in designing solutions under AGILE frameworks
- Sound knowledge of architecture frameworks and enterprise design tools. Enterprise Architecture experience desirable
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation of workshops involving a range of participants including senior management, technical staff and business users.
