Long term Contract opportunity awaits an experienced Siebel Developer/designer within a Federal Government Agency

Key duties and responsibilities
The duties to be performed by the Siebel Technical Lead/Developer are as follows, but not limited to.
- Provide work allocations for enhancements, business priority, and performance improvements, and give technical direction to Siebel technical resources
- Coordinate and attend technical governance forums such as project meetings, triage sessions, performance improvement discussions, design discussions,
- Share knowledge and expertise proactively as a subject matter expert
- Oversee team operations, including setting work priorities, providing direction, and managing resources.
- Develop staff capability through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Resolve complex, sensitive, and/or escalated technical issues.
- Attend interagency meetings and forums to influence business outcomes and share information within the team with an impact assessment.
- Drive continuous improvement in areas of responsibility.
- Guide developers through technical analysis and reviews.
- Perform code reviews and ensure quality assurance for every BAU delivery.
- Review code migrations and coordinate code drops with other tech teams.
equired skills and experience
- Demonstrated Experience in Design and development of end-to-end Siebel integration solutions using best practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of Siebel Enterprise Application Integration Server components for performance and scalability
- Siebel 8 Certification
- Experience in working with Siebel IP20 or above and workspaces
- Advanced debugging skills like SARM/FDR Analysis
- Experience in Siebel EIM and Data migration
- Experience in BIP reports development
- Open UI experience
- Experience working in an Agile transformation program of work.
