Calleo are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Business Analyst to join one of our Federal Government clients.

About the Team
Within this team you will be responsible fo reporting to the Systems Integration Lead, you will analyse and assist with planning, Integration including the development of business and stakeholder requirements, risks and benefits. You will assess the Program Integration models to ensure it delivers the business process outcomes required and, supports evolutionary sustainment for future capability needs. This position involves the development of requirements and bridges the gap between business process stakeholders and technical delivery in a complex technology environment.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clinets technical and business teams to drive effective solutions. 

Key experience required:

• Expertise in Cloud Technologies and Data Warehousing: Demonstrated experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure, and data warehousing solutions, including design, development, and management.
• User Story Development: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, produce and maintain scenarios that demonstrate the required business process outcomes to support System of Systems validation activities and ensure they are well-documented and aligned with business goals.
• Test Case Development: Develop and execute test cases to validate that requirements are met and that systems function as expected.
• Traceability Management: Maintain traceability matrices to ensure all requirements are tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, manage expectations, define and document business requirements and provide updates on progress.
• Documentation: Document and agree on courses of action, ensuring all decisions and steps are clearly recorded.
• Progress Visualization: Develop visual tools to track and communicate project progress, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Business Process Flows: Create and maintain business process flow diagrams to provide clear and accurate representations of workflows.
• Produce Business Requirements: Guide the derived Functional and Non-Functional requirements for System of System integration for Enterprise Systems and the National Airways System.
• Monitor changes in business processes and systems which impact existing requirements.
• Track Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies and interdependencies between extant projects and programs, as they relate to Business Requirements
• Identify requirement gaps and issues during project activities and escalate as required.
• Analytical and Documentation Skills: Strong ability to develop user stories, test cases, and maintain traceability matrices, ensuring clear documentation and alignment with business goals.
• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, demonstrating high EQ in interactions and communications.
• Project Visualization and Business Process Mapping: Skilled in visualizing project progress and developing business process flows to provide clear and accurate representations of workflows.
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems, develop effective solutions, and make informed decisions to drive project success.
• Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
