This leading federal government agency provides independent considerations and reviews of decisions made by the commonwealth and its agencies.
The Role
This role involves someone who will have experience overseeing software development projects, writing optimised code, and provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers. They are responsible for the quality and functionality of the software produced by their team. You will be working within the Legacy CMS & Apps team with direction and support from the Director of Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
- You will Utilise JIRA and Scrum or Kanban approaches to deliver tasks and changes
- You will work closely with business, technology and corporate service users to help identify causal problems and requirements
- Make and contribute ideas, innovation and suggestions to resolve a list of simple to complex challenges
- You will work closely with the Director PMCE, Cyber Security and Support teams to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, reporting requirements amongst others
Key Skills Required
- You will need 7+ years exprience across .Net technologies
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing
- Experience with Microsoft Web API / REST Architecture
- Accreditation in agile or technology frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in working with JIRA and Scrum or Kanban approaches to deliver tasks
