Lakshmi joined Calleo in 2017. As a National Account Director, Lakshmi manages key accounts for Calleo, across the country. Lakshmi has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Consulting, and Human Capital domains. Over the past 13 years Lakshmi has managed national capability for her clients, including appointments in both Canberra and Melbourne. Lakshmi quickly understands the mechanics of her clients business and their underlying requirements. This allows her to contribute to the successful delivery of program outcomes, and broader organisational success. She strongly believes in teamwork, the highest degree of customer service, and relationship management. Lakshmi is an APSCo Certified Recruitment Professional.
