Overview
Our Federal Government Client is seeking Talented Systems Analysts / Solution Designers to join one of their largest programs of work. You will oversee and assist with development and the implementation of the designated developments within a Pega environment.

Additional Duties include but are not limited to:

• Lead and support operations of the team, including monitoring business performance, setting priorities, and managing resources and workflow.
• Lead and manage staff, including overseeing the management of performance, attendance, health, and wellbeing.
• Develop staff capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning to increase performance, engagement, and retention.

candidates with the following skills are encouraged to apply:

• System Analyst experience working on large environments in an IT application development area – PEGA.
• Proven experience undertaking System Analyst duties.
• Identify and convey they object of a business need to the appropriate stakeholder level.
• Determine current business processes and articulate desired business process change.
