Stakeholder Engagement Officer and Manager

• Contract until 30 June 2023 with scope for 12 month extension
• Canberra, ACT location
• Be part of a dedicated project team within the clients International Division

Our Federal Government client is seeking an EL 1 Stakeholder Engagement Manager and an APS 6 Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Officer to join their International Division, within the Higher Education, Research and International Group.
  
EL 1 Stakeholder Engagement Manager

• Working closely with the international education sector, managing engagement with project stakeholders, education providers and service agencies
• Developing and delivering stakeholder engagement strategy and stakeholder communication plan
• Managing stakeholder consultations and workshops

  
APS 6 Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Officer

• Preparing, scheduling, and managing workshops and stakeholder working groups
• Developing meeting agendas, minute taking and preparing Executive reporting
• Preparing communications to stakeholders and responding to stakeholder enquiries

The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated project team within the International Division. They will play a pivotal role in analysing, gathering and documenting requirements and business processes, stakeholder engagement and communication, supporting testing, and assisting in delivering solutions to end users.
  
Please note there may be some interstate travel for these opportunities but are not frequent.
  
This opportunity is within the Australian Public Service.  In order to be considered, please note that candidates must be an Australian Citizen at time of application and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
