This highly respected Federal Government agency requires an experienced Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to join a newly established People and Capability delivery team supporting workforce planning activities for a major multi-year transformation program which has now reached the implementation and transition phase.
About the Role:
As a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst, you will analyse workforce information from business units to assist in developing workforce planning and other human resource management strategies consistent with the organisation’s operating model.
You will provide the business with workforce information and analysis to assist with determining the effectiveness of resource management on business performance and in order to develop initiatives for the organisation’s operating model.
The position can assist in any aspect of developing, implementing and/or evaluating staffing requirements to ensure that they support organisational business objectives, government policy and legislative requirements. It can provide advice and support to business partners and managers on strategic workforce planning model.
