This Federal Government department is currently undergoing a multi-year transformation program, focusing on remediating security risks and increasing resiliency across the organisation.
As part of this transformation, the organisation has identified a requirement for two experienced Business Analysts to join the program, focusing on the planning, shaping and remediation of applications across the organisation to ensure they are fit for purpose in the new standard operating environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders across the organisation to elicit the technical requirements for remediation activities across a range of applications as well as working with the teams that perform the remediations to ensure they are delivered as scoped.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in undertaking analysis and discovery work to support delivery planning as well as an ability to define and decompose scope down to detailed solution requirements including non-functional requirements in both waterfall and agile environments.
You will also need to be comfortable engaging and managing both business and technical stakeholders through ambiguity to delivery successful outcomes.
Ideally, you will have worked on application remediation projects previously, in environments running multiple initiatives in parallel. It would also be highly advantageous if you’ve worked on large transformation programs in the past, and experience in the public sector would be viewed favourably as well.
