Project Manager

Our client is seeking two highly skilled Project Managers specialised in content development and writing for an online learning module. The Project Managers will have a considerable degree of independence and must have the
ability to prioritise and manage short timeframes to deliver a final product.

As a Project Manager you must be able to make decisions and judgements effectively within the resources and constraints of the contract. Close engagement with key stakeholders will be required to meet the desired outcome of the project.

The Project Managers must be able to:

• Provide recommendations on learning content
• Compile information and resources for Inclusion in the module
• Develop learning activities and case studies for modules
• Work with relevant stakeholders to track and document the implementation process 
• Set learning outcomes, write and review content for online module
• Work closely with project sponsors,
• Develop and communicate methodologies and approaches to assist the implementation

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Have an authentic and respectful interest in, and be able to communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
• Experience in writing and developing E-learning packages and modules.
• Experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander research, research governance and or research ethics.
• High level written and communication skills to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understanding of learning environments within university sector and commonwealth government.

Diploma of Training Design and Development or similar with Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
