Process Coordinator/ Service Desk Engineer

Calleo Resourcing is looking for a Process Coordinator to work onsite with one of the federal government department in collaboration with a wider team, providing guidance to internal & external service providers on key service management processes within a multi-vendor environment.
Collaborating with Process Managers and the regional Practice Lead, the Process Coordinator identifies areas for process improvement by analysing feedback and conducting proactive reviews. They are responsible for executing the ITSM process daily, coordinating with process owners and other stakeholders, and providing support for any challenges that arise.
This role is based in Canberra and/or Brisbane, with ability to work hybrid from home a couple days per week.
Here’s what we’re looking for:

You’re a dynamic, service-oriented professional with a knack for innovative thinking. You’re adept at grasping the nuances of service levels and provider capabilities to streamline governance and ensure that Other Service Providers align with the customer ecosystem’s requirements. We’ll be looking for you to have:

  •  A current Australian Government Security Clearance or Australian Citizen
  • Demonstrated ITIL knowledge and direct experience of Service Levels, Performance and Agreements
  • A demonstrated ability to consider the end-to-end business value of process activities
  • Use of ITSM tools for documentation and information gathering; ServiceNow highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly define and document.
