Information and Records Management Specialist

Working with one of Australian’s largest Federal Government Agencies, this role will require the candidate to assist with the delivery of Information and Records Management services for the department. They are looking for somebody who has the ability to present training material and support the department on TRIM software whether that is face to face or virtual. The division as multiple teams and the role will require the candidate to manage their own workflow and deliver excellent customer service to all the projects within the division to ensure project outcomes and deadlines are obtained.  

  • Present and manage the Information Management training and support services to staff nationally for the department’s Electronic Document and Records Management System, Micro Focus Content Manager (TRIM).
  • Assist with supporting key services provided by the Information Management Section including sentencing, digitisation, and management of physical and digital records.
  • Assist with providing specialist operational systems support for TRIM including system maintenance, upgrades, data migration, and user interface configuration.
  • Assist with the delivery and promotion of Information and Records Management to end users including the Information Matters Campaign.

The successful candidate will be available to work for the contract period, with the ability to obtain / maintain a Baseline security clearance.
