ICT Program Manager

Job Overview  
  • Providing accurate and timely advice about the New Business Assistance and Exploring Workshops programs to stakeholders in line with program guideline documents, including finding solutions to program management issues as they arise.
  • Undertaking monthly data reporting and other ad-hoc data analysis to monitor program performance.
  • Drafting a range of complex communications including briefings and program-related correspondence.
  • Contribute to the development macro-policy and program guidelines as required.
  • Investigate and resolve any IT/system-related issues raised by NEIS providers and the contract management network, as they arise.
