Our client, a highly regarded federal government department, are seeking a suitable Community Clinical Care Coordinator to support and optimise client wellbeing. Working in accordance with the principles of workplace diversity, WHS practices and the APS values and principles, this role works collaboratively with the Regional Peer Coordinator and Community Peer Advisors to undertake case management, provide counselling and support and coordinate initiatives to contribute to support services for their clients and families.
We are seeking the below requirements in order to be successful:
- Relevant clinical qualifications, including a current registration with AHPRA or AASW
- Experience within hospital and or acute mental health settings
- Management experience within clinical settings, and or working with mental health peers
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form relationships quickly
Candidates should be aware that they will require a National Police Certificate and WWVP before commencing the role.
