Client Contact Support Officer

The key role for a Client Contact Support Officer is to provide frontline customer service for clients who may be facing significant or complex challenges. Working with customers via telephone, this role focuses on providing considered responses and information on a range of services offered to their members. The team operate in a dynamic and fast paced environment, requiring a high level of resilience to effectively multitask and provide a consistent, professional service at all times.

Duties will include, however not limited to:
  • Providing a professional telephone enquiry service and provide relevant information on the range of benefits and services
  • Refer complex enquiries to specialist areas inline with relevant procedures and escalation protocols
  • Record enquires on the relevant databases and forward appropriate written correspondence where required
  • Undertake administration support and assist in the preparation of relevant resource material
  • Participate in positive process improvement, team planning and own professional performance development

The successful candidate will provide demonstrated experience working in a similar environment with strong customer service skills. Australian Citizenship and a national police check will be required on commencement.
