Branch Administration Coordinator, APS6

Overview
Support a range of common activities including:

  • resource administration
  • budgeting
  • procurement
  • contracting
  • contract management
  • information management
  • development of routine briefing submissions

  
The Branch Administration Coordinator is required to collaborate with the whole team and be across the branch’s scope for work activities, programs and projects to enable effective planning.
  
The Must Haves

  • Extensive resource administration experience within a Federal Government department
  • Project and / or contract management training or experience is desirable
  • Customer focused and empathetic approach with a strong work ethic
  • Confident is using MS Office suite
