Our client, situated in the Canberra City requires an experienced APS5 Administration Coordinator with strong organisation, initiative and communication skills. The role will mainly focus on office administration, customer service and secretariat support to achieve agency objectives.
To be successful we are seeking candidates with:
- Prior experience working in an office management, project, executive or branch support role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders in a professional manner,
- Savvy IT skills, including a high level of MS Office experience
- Well developed organisational skills, with ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment.
This position will require a national police clearance before commencement.
