APS4/5 Administration Officer

Our Federal Government client is seeking an Administration Officer at the APS4/5 level to support a multi-disciplinary team of data analysts, Contact Centre administrators and service design experts responsible for connecting Australian business owners to information, grants, registrations and support from the Government.

The Administration Officer will provide administration and coordination support to members of the team to ensure that they are equipped with quality information and training to allow them to meet their stakeholders’ needs, acting as a central point of contact between the Department and the Contact Centre service providers. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Business Contact Services Inbox
  • Coordinating Meetings
  • Assisting with managing content within the content management system
  • Providing tailored advice to internal stakeholders such as program areas in relation to Contact Centre services
  • Coordinating responses to issues and questions escalated by the Contact Centre
  • Assisting with preparation of ministerial correspondence

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in administration including reporting and liaising between various stakeholders
  • Highly-developed skills in communication and problem solving

Candidates must hold a current Baseline Security Clearance.
